Wonderful experience, The staff are very helpful. The place is perfect for families, a lot facilities for children.

Very pleasant reception on arrival, guided to our room by nice staff then all downhill from there. The floors are absolutely crawling with Ants, the shower area is swarming with flies. Tried to go to the restaurant only to be met by a completely ignorant member of staff. Restaurant staff were zero help and very unfriendly people. Supposed to be for family yet there was no food for our children to eat, not so much as an ice lolly. We had to eat out the entire time as we just found the restaurant was run like a cattle market. Bar staff were also very rude and blunt. Drinks were almost thrown at you. There was one lifeguard at the pool area, there are 3 pools. Home with lots of bites and not the good kind. Room was swept daily but it was a quick brush and fresh towels were left. However for a four star I was expecting so much more. It’s really like a 2 star.

Me and my boyfriend were very excited for this holiday but it wasn’t how it looked like in the photos. When we arrived to the hotel late after our flight we got shown to our room. Once we got into the room we soon realised we were in the wrong room. Our WiFi did not work and on our receipt it said a completely different room number and we had paid for a double room with a garden view.( we were given two single beds pushed together and a view on the car park and it was covered in stains ). I raised this and was told to not worry about this and instead come back the next day once the manager was in. After going backwards and forwards to reception I returned to reception and they sorted us a new room. Still was two single beds pushed together but was a lot nicer. The aircon worked in our room and was lovely however everytime the maid came in they would open the balcony door and leave it open which turns off the aircon so we had to keep coming back to make sure the door was shut. The snack bar and drinks options were good however the main restaurant had the same food pretty much everyday. Pretty average food. Not suitable for fussy eaters!! We managed to get beds by the pool near reception with an umbrella however all the umbrellas could do with an update as they weren’t the best quality. Transfers to old town for cheap but is 45mins to an hour to get there and you get dropped in the middle of nowhere so need google maps for sure !! Me and my boyfriend met a lovely other couple out there and we all ended up having a great laugh. Despite the bad review it was still an average place to stay. The new room we got was a lot better and cleaner. The staff sorted everything as soon as they could and the staff were all lovely . The pool was always cool I wouldn’t have put it as a 4* hotel. More of a 3*. Think you have to be lucky with the rooms. I wouldn’t be coming back here again

3/06/2024-10/06/2024 one of the good opinions is that the food in the restaurant was good, the waiters were very open and talkative. We have late check-in around 10 p.m., snacks were prepared because we missed dinner. Now bad reviewes almost all the sunbeds, especially by the children's pool, were already occupied around 7-8 in the morning, so there was no free sunbed after breakfast, the children were disappointed and we too. So we had to go to the swimming pool near the reception but there most of the blue sun loungers were in poor condition and umbrelas too. there was a lot of dust in the room, the air conditioning did not work, the floor was dirty even though the housekeeper cleaned every day but only by changing the towels. There was no door in the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. There were ants everywhere in the room, even though it was reported to the reception, they did nothing about it. the water in the pool was cold, the animations were mostly in French, so we didn't understand anything. evening animations were boring, just bingo or a movie quiz, nothing interesting. the drinks in the bars are not good, they don't know how to prepare the drinks, the all inclusive drinks list is at 2-3 star hotel and there are very few of them on the list. there is no table service in the bar, you have to go to the bar, which is why there are very long queues. be prepared to pay high tourist tax, they charge about 70€ for a stay like in a 5-star hotel and tell guests that it is a 5-star hotel overall a tragedy, I will definitely not return to this hotel

A great resort in a really lovely place. The hotel Is like a village with 3 pools (1 adults only) a spa, hair salon, 1 main restaurant and 1 al a carte. 3 bars and a fantastic entertainment program. The staff were all lovely and the food was amazing for an all inclusive hotel. We traveled as a family of 4 and our room was adequate. 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for the children. It was cleaned every day to a good standard. I have stayed in a few 4 and 5 star hotels and I'd say this hotel is a solid 4. The highlight was definitely the food and the downside was leaving. We booked the hotels own airport transfer and it went so smoothly. 40 mins from getting off the plane, we were all checked Inn and sipping our first drink. The transfer was 140e and added to our room bill which we paid upon checking out. Our flight home wasn't until the evening and we had to check out by 11am but had full use of all facilities and we were given a vacant room to shower and freshen up before our transfer back to the airport. This was our first family holiday and the kids didn't want to leave. I'd recommend this hotel and hopefully we will be back again one day

This was our first trip to Corfu, and probably won't be the last! A nice warm welcome at reception on arrival - sent to lunch as our room wasn't quite ready. Lovely options for food, basically something for everyone to enjoy. The same applies for the entirety of our ten day stay. The breakfast in particular was lovely. And again plenty of options to choose from. Our room was on the small side (four people for ten days) and very little privacy in the bathroom area however the views and balcony were beautiful. They were kept lovely and clean daily by the housekeepers who worked extremely hard. The pools are brilliant, with plenty of sunbeds available and even towels as well. The grounds are large and well kept with plenty of facilities such as pool table, basketball court, spa, mini golf and much more. As a previous review said the bar staff could appear a tad grumpy but overall were absolutely fine and fairly accommodating. There was a kart type vehicle available to transport us to and from reception with our luggage. The gentleman was amazing, so friendly, helpful and we were very impressed with this service. (It was a massive help!) The hotel is located in a lovely quiet position near the river and beach. Both of which were great places to spend a few hours fishing, snorkeling, swimming and so on. One tiny observation was that the hotel seemed more popular with the French and German tourists so we felt a bit left out at times but overall we had a great holiday and would love to return in the future. My sister and me had a great time, rooms were pleasant and cleaned every day, towels and bedding constantly changed . The food and service in the buffet restaurant was good though occasionally the food was on the cool side. The waiters were very attentive especially Dimitri and Georgia who looked after us most of the time. Hats off to Vasilis who served the hot roasts who had to put up with unwarranted requests! The 3 pools were excellent unfortunately rather cold for me. Most of the entertainment was good and drinks varied this was based on an all inclusive holiday. The hotel was next to the beach where there were beds owned by Apollo palace the sea wasn't easy to get into at this point but by walking along the beach a few hundred yards it was more accessible. All the staff were very helpful and I would stay here again.

My sister and I had a wonderful time the food was good and plenty of variety, and young Basihs and Georgia were very helpful , the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, unfortunately I had a bath in my room which I couldn't get in or out of and needed a walk in shower,so they moved us to a lovely room that looked over the gardens.Stavcoula helped me with getting our boarding passes done,We would love to go back again sometime in the near future and would definitely recommend it, some thing for everyone.

Me and my family stayed in here for a family wedding that we were attending. I would like to praise the entertainment team Light, Nemo and Jackie who were amazing with the aqua gym. We all got involved. We went all inclusive and the food was to a good standard. I think the hotel is more a 3* not a 4 as advertised I would have to say though the staff who worked behind the bars at all pools were not the friendliest .. it seemed to be an issue if you asked for a drink .. a little smile and a bit more friendly faces would go a long way. On reception we struggled with a language barrier there was only one lady who’s English was up to the required standards.
