If you’re a foodie like me and if you are look for food quality of bengali food then you’ll love this place! The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. We only had good comments about the food. I can’t wait to come back again. Waiter are knowledgeable. Best of luck Satyajit .....!!!

The staff is excellent with their behaviour and services. The rooms were regularly cleaned and basic amenities provided on a daily basis. Complementary breakfast was good and it sufficed my need. Special mention to Joydeb Das of housekeeping and Satyajit Mitra of restaurant for their quick responses whenever required.

“The service here is excellent. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. The entire staff worked seamlessly together to create a seamless dining experience. We never had to ask anything twice!”. Runu deb is a very halpfull person. Hotel in under renunciation but they well manage the food quality and service. Thank u ginger hotel Agartala team members.

The Front Desk staff Mr Priyatam Bhatacharya was very helpful and answered all our questions. he made our stay better .The room was not that clean and bright, and the room service wasn't always on time. we will be coming back after some month Thank you so much priyatam Bhattacharya ji for made our stay memorable .me and my son were very happy for your service .Dear Hotel authority I like to inform you when I search your hotel for booking purpose 'll seen some positive feedback against priyatam bhattacharya ji. after I arrived on your hotel i collect his phone number and tell him about some problem and he try to solve the problems .i like his hospitality .I like its behaviour and I hope it was a appreciable incident

Very neat and tidy Enjoyed and satisfied with staff behaviour Rooms are spacious enough Bathrooms are clean enough and room service systems that are available are fast there's no delay regarding any system. Personally want to thank Mr. Rakhal Bhowmik about his kind behaviour and arrangement.

The hotel's location was ideal, situated conveniently close to major attractions yet still offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.One of the standout features of this hotel was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member specially the reception team I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Their friendliness and professionalism truly made a difference.Overall, I cannot recommend Ginger Agartala highly enough. It exceeded all my expectations, and I look forward to my next visit. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay, this is the place to be!

All though this hotel is under renovation but all the hotel staff are very Cooperative. Especially the front office doing their best. Hopefully after completion of renovation it will be the no 1 in the city. But 1 thing I'll suggest to the Ginger team that they need to upgrade the Wifi and the lift.

This hotel is overall good. All the faculties of this hotel are Very well behaved. A person from braekfast buffet named satyajit mitra is very helful and humble. I m recommending the hotel for all those people who are eager to visit Agartala with their family,friends and closed ones.

Great experience in Ginger Agartala, Mr Prasenjit was a very humble staff and was very helpful in dining experience. The overall stay was good located in a prime location a very good suggestion for stay if travelling to Agartala. Highly recommended.
