L’hôtel est tellement magnifique…(l’emplacement,décoration..) Dommage que les employés sont si désagréable quand ont leur demande un renseignement, surtout ceux de l’accueil. La nuit du 1 décembre nous nous sommes présentes à l’accueil pour l’enregistrement, l’accueil était si médiocre !!! Limite on les dérange de notre présence.. ( premier choc..). On a payé all inclusive… arrivé dans la chambre, le frigo vide.. et surtout pas d’eau dans la chambre !!!(2 eme choc) On téléphone a l’accueil , on nous répond qu’il fallait payer l’option chez pas quoi pour pouvoir bénéficier des boissons. Nous allons tout de même demander de l’eau a l’accueil car je dois prendre des médicaments et la (3 eme choc) on nous donne juste une petite bouteille de 33 cl ( équivalent a 1 verre d’eau)pour deux personnes.(toujours bien sur avec un regard ＜ punaise tu nous fait chier＞). Concernant le ménage des chambres : Les femmes de ménages sont très souriantes , très agréables MAIS!! La propretédes chambres c’est pas trop ca!! Surtout les toilettes et la salle de bain ,Beaucoup de taches sur le carrelage des murs et le sol devrait etre aspiré avant d’être lavé car beaucoup de saleté et poils sur les rebords. Restaurant variété et dégustation moyenne.il y a deux , trois serveurs du restaurant qui vous font des réflexions quand vous leur demandez de l’eau en plus. Spa: personnel très souriantes mais les services sont moyens. Conclusion : L’architecture de L’hôtel est au top, l’extérieur très bien entretenue , les allées, le gazon etcc… Le problème principal ce sont ( peu être pas tous bien sur) le service des employés..

Very nice stay. Clean rooms,beautiful gardens surrounding each block. Kids absolutely loved splash area . Never had any problems with sunbeds, plenty at any time of the day. Food was good, myself and my husband loved it. Kids not so much. No chicken nuggets or fish fingers, however pizza was freshly baked every day for lunch. Not a great choice of cocktails but definitely enough for a quick drink in the bar. The only downside was a noise coming from the nearby ****** at 4-6am every morning, however we had earplugs as we were aware about the noise levels. 90% of guests were French and not every member of staff was able to speak English, regardless everyone was very nice and friendly. Overall a lovely hotel, would definitely recommend!

The hotel itself was very near to the beach, and in a good location. It has some nice swimming pools, however it is important to note that the hotel is not for the British as 99% of the guests are French. The food is only catered for the French and steal plus didn’t have anything Moroccan. Food is fine, but we mainly eat from the salad bar as the chicken was red. Other meats were questionable. Breakfast has a selection of croissants and scrambled eggs but again not a great selection unless you like cereal. Spoons are not provided. On arrival the reception seems to be helpful but that’s where it ended as they couldn’t be bothered and rude at times. That said the bar staff, waiters and waitresses were all fantastic. Ali in the entertainment was super nice, but unfortunately the entertainment is only in French. Drinks are limited and not what I’ve had on other all inclusive holidays. It would be nice to have tea and coffee in the room for those who get up early in the morning and can’t wait for the restaurant to open at 7am. Rooms are fine, and clean. The balcony is very small, and consists of two plastic chairs and a table. Bit of a squeeze to fit two people in. Where our room was we could hardly hear the ****** but other guests we spoke to said it was very loud. Be aware of the flies as they bite. If you smoke getting an ashtray is a daly mission.

Returned from a week at this hotel so I going to do an honest opinion Rooms clean a little dated staff kept them clean shower was amazing No tea and coffee in the room which I live in fact very basic Pools were clean not heated but as the weather was good not a problem Dining this is where they lost for me food was very samey Breakfast was ok fruit toast yoghurt meats cheese etc Lunch chips sometimes a toasted sandwich some meats salads which were good Lots of desserts but same lunch and tea Ice cream sometimes pizza mostly cheese and tomato Tea similar to lunch but no chips no ice cream two cooked meats salad etc There was afternoon tea But no snack bar or ice creams Drinks well most of the bar staff were lovely Karim gets a special mention he remembered our drinks and always had a chat The rest were ok but mostly spoke French and Arabic Some cocktails some the staff made up All inclusive stopped at 11pm but you felt that was it but the entertainment went on longer Weirdly had a paying sports bar from 4 pm Entertainment team were great and tried to include the British speakers Hakim and the rest were fab aqua aerobics is a good laugh The hotel is more suited to French or Arabic which is no issue It’s close to the beach a 30 minute walk to the Kasbar cable cars and a 20 minute walk to the main Souk The Spa was lovely and a good price Would I return to Agadir possibly but not this hotel

❤️❤️❤️ We are very satisfied of this hotel, the staff is the best (especially the animation team- Yanis, Hicham ,Ayoub ). Everything is clean, the garden is wonderful, also the food amazing!!!! We would love to come back for sure, the hotel is safe for everyone!! PL: Jesteśmy bardzo usatysfakcjonowane z tego hotelu, pracownicy są najlepsi (przede wszystkim animatorzy- Yanis, Hicham, Ayoub). Hotel bardzo czysty, ma przepiękny i zadbany ogród, jedzenie również przepyszne. Na pewno tu wrócimy, warto również podkreślić, że hotel jest bezpieczny, strzeżony. ❤️❤️❤️

Had a great time, all staff really friendly especially the entertainment staff who were always so friendly and happy to help ( hicham ayoube anis mido zineb) made our stay fun. The only thing I will say is I feel all inclusive should last till at least 12am as the bar stops at 11pm, also food after dinner should be available in the evening, everyone wants an evening snack 😄

Having just returned from our amazing holiday, I wanted to share how much we enjoyed this. The grounds and rooms were immaculate. There is no race for sunbeds as on previous holidays, they are plentiful. The main pool, which my older children enjoyed, is deep with poolside entertainment (however this is in French). There is also a smaller quieter pool, a children's fun pool and the flumes (which the adults enjoyed!) We preferred the breakfast and lunch as there was more variety. The staff were polite and delightful and could mostly speak both English and French. This hotel is also very close to the beautiful sandy beach (as a runner, I had taken my trainer's and ran it safely on my own every morning). I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel, very well laid out amid beautiful gardens. Two swimming pools, the main one was large enough to have a decent swim and plenty of sunbeds to go around. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The animation team were lively and got everyone up dancing in the evenings, and put on some very entertaining shows. Hisham took time out every day to have a long chat with myself and many other guests, made us all very welcome. One negative which I feel should be addressed is the noise which we experienced 5 out of 7 evenings, which kept my family awake. There seems to be a custom for dozens of cars owners in the area to congregate on the main road outside of the hotel complex, playing music, shouting to each other and peeping their horns, this went on for up to 4 hours throughout the night. When I got up to see what was going on. I noticed that we weren't the only ones disturbed by this.

Recommend the Hotel Valeria.very clean, friendly staff,great food couldn't fault it. The entertainment staff Ayoub,Yanis,Midou and Hicham were what kept everything going with games,chat and just great communication.It wouldn't have been the same without them. Don't forget Luciano the pool barman was very polite and friendly.
