Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen müsste alles renoviert werden aber die Lage ist super das Personal ist sehr nett ich oder wir waren zufrieden

Just returned from here today, I honestly can not give a good valid point for anyone wishing to stay here and the negative reviews are true. 80% of the staff are not just rude but miserable and very unwelcoming. Reception don’t give you the time of day, just a self check in form and ask for room tax with no explanation. The bar staff are rude unless you tip them regularly and I do mean very rude especially in the main building. The room was dreadful and like something from 1980, dirty, dated and dingy, the toilet every morning absolutely stank of urine as we was on the bottom floor and every other toilet obviously flushed down past ours. The cleaners just walk in at anytime of day without knocking - my girlfriend was getting changed at 10am one time they did! The description states WiFi everywhere, it’s not, you literally have to go into reception for any connection. The restaurant and food is awful, choices are minimal and the food is bland at best, drinks seriously watered down and served in flimsy, tiny plastic cups that break easily. I seriously recommend you pay a bit more should you go to Agadir and go for something more upmarket. 100% avoid this hotel.

My son had the worst holiday experience here in August 24. He was looking forward to somewhere different with his girlfriend and it became a nightmare week. Bed sheets dirty on arrival. Room was dirty with lack off security. Food was poor. Staff not interested in their concerns. Floors dirty. And I could carry on with a long list. It was so bad he want to fly home on the first day and rang us everyday with complaints about the hotel. Stay Away.

It’s not as bad as people make out, Yes it is dated and needs some upgrading but for the price we paid for our holiday all inclusive was less than £600 for the week. We could get basic bits for breakfast and there is a stall that does paninis and crepes for less than €3 which we had for lunch most days and got some fries out the restaurant. Our room was cleaned daily and had fresh towels, the rooms were dated and could do with freshening up a bit but again for the price we couldn’t complain for what we got. For a cheap and cheerful week in the sun we really enjoyed it, the staff are friendly and the hotel is in a very good location to walk out to go to the beach and other restaurants

Omg where do I start… I arrive to a very dated hotel, I was given a key… the room was filthy, it had not been cleaned. There were poop stains in the toilet, dirty towels laying around, food on the table, bed that had been slept in and not changed, dirty foot prints in the shower. I was so tired, I sat on the bed and cried with tiredness and shock. The pool was dirty. The balcony’s doors did not lock so your things are not safe. Everyone I spoke to including myself had the runs. There were only one or sometimes two choices at dinner times in the restaurant. Plain pasta was a staple. I lost half a stone in a week. At the bar all drinks handed to you in a tiny plastic cup and you can only order one per person at once, then que for another 20 mins to get another. I would have paid not to go. Apparently the hotel went bust and got a massive loan to keep going. So instead of spending profit on doing up the hotel, they use it to pay off the loan. Love holidays should not be recommending this hotel as it’s making them look incompetent as a repritable holiday company. 1 star at very most The photos provided are what I walked into in my room after being handed a key on arrival
