Personnel a l'accueil pas très arrangeant , climatisation dans les chambres ne fonctionnent pas , nourriture de bonne qualité .

Amazing experience. We mainly stayed in the hotel. There was lots to do. Food was great and different every night. Staff were fab. Will be returning.

I have enjoyed a few days in the resort, and left with mixed emotions. Staff- the only issue/ unpleasant experience was upon checking in. My flight landed early, arriving at the reception at 1pm I enquired about slightly early check in that wasn't available, however I was advised they would email me once the room was ready. At 2:45 I walked over to ask again as the email never arrived and room was indeed available. I was given keys, but not given a hotel bracelet which I was later questioned by security about. The rest of the staff were all lovely however and always with a smile on their faces. Room- rooms are large and comfortable. Daily cleaning, complimentary water, however very overpowering cleaning products. There is no kettle in the room. Also the 2 single beds making a double is substandard for a 4 star property. The hotel grounds are large and well kept, security at each entrance. Sunbeds- obviously all with towels on from before 9am which is something the hotel isn't dealing with at all- disappointing. Food- the beach side restaurant for breakfast and lunch is lovely, varied selection of foods, including local tagines (they are always eaten first so you have to be quick), the main dinner restaurant feels quite formal, I did not enjoy the food either despite it being similar to lunch. Also, for seatings after the dinner rush (after 9pm) you walk into a cleaning service with little selection of food left.

Shower drainage wasn’t working properly. room wasent clean. there was no air condition in the room only a fan which was making a noise. When I arrived at the hotel was not directed where the room is i had to locate the room myself would not recommend this resort

Situated on the beach, this place has all the amenities you would expect. Beautiful restaurant looking out onto the beach where you breakfast and lunch are served.

The hotel was nice and clean the service was good the only disappointment was the food very bland and tasteless more aless the same every day they need to keep kettles in room which most hotels do worldwide

Very beautiful and safe property. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of amenities and the view from the room was amazing!

It's a good place to stay if you skip their food! The room is quite OK but I think as a 4 star hotel it could be much better. There was rust on the mirror and shower tube in the bathroom and the bin pedal was broken! The blanket for our kids were wool blanket which did not have a cover and I don't think they will wash them after each visit! The hotel has 4 outdoor pool and 2 of them were appropriate for small kids which was very good. The dark part of the hotel was their food! It was awful even the breakfast! The food was i very low quality and tasteless! We could not find a single food to enjoy, we just try to full ourselves with bread and desserts which we didn't expected as all inclusive! every time that we ate there, we had to go to the toilet with stomach pain! Our little one would not try their food after 2 days and she became sick! I will never go back to this hotel and will never recommend it!

Staff are fabulous. They're warm, happy and cheeful and truly hospitable. However the food is same each day. There's no dietry discipline for veggie and meat requirements. Pork is served right next to other food. People serving alcohol use same wet hands and serve non alcoholic drinks. I saw cooked porked being put in to heated compartment with other food where smoke from.freshly cooked bacon, of course makes other food forbidden for consumption for non pork guests. Furthermore, there's no water in the public toilets, nor toilet tissues and soap as day goes on.

Ayoub was great at the Rezeption ! We have to move 2 times without problems! What I really liked was the attention of the staff, they were interested in you, they ask you what your name is and every day you are greeted with your name ! They noticed you, I have really rarely experienced that! The facilities are great, except for the bathroom, maybe they should renovate that. The women at the reception should maybe look at something from the men, the women are sometimes a little arrogant. The chef cook and everyone else at the restaurant and bars are great ! The food could be a little more spiced, but otherwise it is good and varied. The beach is easy to reach ! Everything is very close, the market, the port and the city ! On the whole it was great !
