The hotel was okay, with a basic American breakfast and an alright stay overall. I had to deposit $100 while checking in and I faced no issues in getting the deposit repaid after checking out. But, there was a moldy smell everywhere and the rooms were a bit dark. If they fix these things, it could make staying there much better.

Clean rooms nice staff solid breakfast safe area and reasonable rates. What else could you ask for?

There are bedbugs at this hotel, and no encasements on the beds . I got bit up and the hotel refused to have a pest inspection done when I asked if for a copy of the pest inspection report. When I spoke to the maintenance man they had inspect the room, he claimed that having a pest inspection done would require money and they don’t feel they should have to do that. And I asked him what kind of bugs in his opinion he feels are in the bed, he said it was any kind of bug except bed bugs.

Good breakfast, easy reservations/extensions.

從沒有過這樣的經歷，四天內沒有房間清理和送毛巾服務，每天晚上需要下樓去要求毛巾！在入住時被經理當眾訓斥為何使用他們覺得有問題的銀行卡？其實我在攜程訂房的時候都已經付款了，估計是美國的代理有問題，經理並不能事先得到付款的確切消息，總之這個酒店的印度經理很像四十年前大陸招待所的作風！房間裏黴味很重，他們的解決辦法是發一個空氣噴霧器而已，早飯也不好，和正常的Hampton Inn差遠了，估計這個酒店裝修改造工程前就一個維持，沒有任何質量可言！

Air conditioning was not working properly. We had multiple rooms and so we’re the issues. The weekend is the most busiest for hotels and there was no maintenance person available to fix the problems. I was told by the manager that I should be getting some kind of refund almost a week later and no response.

For the price: the hotel was great. No bad experience and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good. Not your normal banana and/or apple with a stale muffin . They had a full breakfast. I will stay here again.

The hotel is "OK". Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is worn out and due for a thorough cleaning and a facelift. Breakfast was disappointing; plan on eating elsewhere.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years when it was a Hampton Inn, so we thought it would be the same, but we were wrong. The front desk help was very unhelpful and rude. The breakfast literally ran out of food, and the hotel did not have many guests. The beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet in the hallway were literally coming apart! The only good thing about our stay was the price. This hotel needs new management and a makeover.

My only complaint was the desk person was a Little short. He did however seem very overwhelmed. Maybe short on staff.

I was impressed at the cleanliness of the property. Most of the service staff was friendly. However, my second evening in town was disappointing. I had ordered food and it was delivered without utensils. I went to the front desk and asked if I could get a plastic fork. The front desk guy said no, I would have to wait till morning. I was so hungry, it was a 12 hour day for me and the frint desk dude refused to give me a fork. I had to eat my salad with my hands. That guy deserves to be fired!

My stay was good however. Your records show a deposit of $25 and it is actually $100 so I had no money to eat with.

The checkin (very late) and service was great. Thanks, My only concern is the deposit due at checkin was $100.00 though the website stated it would be $25. If the full $100 is promptly refunded will have no real complaint.
