During our stay on the 12th floor, we experienced a WiFi interruption, and the hotel did not inform us of this issue. As a result, we were unable to access our electronic devices and missed our flights. This lack of communication significantly impacted our travel plans and overall experience. Please do not book at this Hotel. Failure of communication in this Hotel completely affected our plan. If the staff were to communicate with us that the wifi in the room we stayed has an issue, we would have been proactive about it and at least request for a room change. we would have not been in a situation were we had to buy a whole new flight ticket and stay in that hotel longer that what we intended to. I suggest Mado Hotel to consider providing accommodation or compensation to address the dissatisfaction of customers like us affected by issues like WiFi disruptions.
