This is the best hotel. It is very clean and its a very big hotel in ethopia

I had an outrageous incident filled engagement with hotel miracle in Addis Ababa, I booked my stay via trip.com after a long taxi journey as this hotel is pretty hard to find I arrived and was surprised as there was a lot of construction work occurring in local area, the area was horrible. I arrived to check in after landing at 1:30pm I went to British embassy to collect some documents for family, after taking taxi from embassy I arrived at hotel miracle just looking to have a shower and rest as I had a flight the next day. On arrival I was informed the hotel was over booked I was surprised as I had online confirmed and paid for confirmation. After about 20 mins I was told to speak to the manager over the phone as he was not present and the front of house receptionist could not speak English after another 20 mins in the phone I was told they would speak to their sister hotel and try to accommodate me! Shocked surprised and pretty angry I agreed to wait the manager did not even get back to me. After roughly 15 I asked the receptionist to call the manager. The manager spoke to the receptionist first and I heard he say double room so I assume they were discussing alternative rooms, I had booked a single room for one night as I was travelling the next day. The manager informed me I would have to pay an extra fee for an upgrade, as I was tired I decided to accept so I could just shower and sleep. I went up to room and could not open door, the receptionist accompanied me to room opened room but after taking lift I realised I was firstly next to the air conditioning units for the whole hotel and also that there was a build site next door and the drilling was so intense I could not stay there so I told them to give my money back as I could not rest in room. They agreed and gave me my cash I paid but my online booking was not refunded I was told to contact the agent which I did and they eventually awarded me trip coins which I accepted to end this chapter. All in all Addis Ababa was great place to visit but hotel miracle was an experience I would not wish on my worst enemy! Open sewage and construction sites is not an ideal location but on top of the the staff were the worst I ever had to deal with no consideration or care for travelers. I had to pay another taxi to take me to another hotel at extra cost I was not expecting Ethiopia is not that expensive but I will not be leaving the hotel and will use Addis Ababa only for transit purposes.

The hotel was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was clean including the bathroom. The only issue was finding the place with GPS, the road getting there is a bit narrow but all in all I will revisit this hotel again.

Welcoming and have hospitality. The environment as well as the interior are clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. They are always willing to assist. However, they need to have more cleaners that understand English. Effort should also be made to get more football channels for comfort viewing in the room.

My recent stay at Miracle hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment i steeped in to the lobby, I was greeted with a warmth hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional especially the night manager Israel he is rely helpfully. Overall i can recommend Miracle hotel and the staff’s.

I had a wonderful time in the few weeks I stayed in this hotel. From the punctual shuttle pick up from a rather early arrival in Addis, to the warm welcome at the reception to the excellent restaurant and house keeping services I have had the sheer pleasure of experiencing through out my stay, I have nothing but love for this place. It is a boutique hotel with a very calm and relaxing ambience. Everything i needed was within walking distance. There was zero safety issue. My room was cleaned spotless everyday. The kitchen accommodated my menu preferences at all times. The staff treated me like family. My favourite ritual there was to go to the rooftop restaurant every evening to have dinner and an Ethiopian spiced tea, which always was enjoyable due to the upbeat , welcoming and engaging vibe of the friendliest and professional bar man and waitresses. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. I was also fortunate to forge new friendships there. I highly recommend it.

The hotel discriminates against white people. Employees communicate harshly and irresponsibly. - transfer from the airport was not provided, although I wrote to them in the comments to the booking, on the website, by email, on the WhatsApp phone number provided. They didn’t meet me, I took a taxi at my own expense and they simply said “sorry.” - they demand payment ONLY in dollars, and they want to give change in birr, under the pretext “we have an official exchange rate.” But under the pretext of “take birr at the official rate,” they refuse to white people. One of the employees said “you should pay in dollars and take change in birr to help our country.” - there was no hot water in the room, they tried to fix it for an hour before moving me to another room. I spent half a day waiting. - cockroaches. - water is leaking from the shower - I asked for a transfer to the airport, because they didn’t meet me, they said “sorry, the transfer is only for international flights. Sorry again that we didn’t meet you.” - I paid for the last day, but since the plane was delayed, I didn’t stop. They refused to return the money, because “everything is already in the system,” but they also refused to provide a RECEIPT! Blatant lie, everything goes into your pocket! At least give me a receipt and pay your taxes! Or for the sake of a good relationship, you can return the money! Guys, I'm sorry to leave a bad review.

Good staff and friendly , clean rooms , the food they provide is excellent you can try enjery felefel they make it soo good , if you have any problem in the hotel you can talk directly to the admin he will happy to solve this problem. Enjoy in the hotel .
