Adare Manor

Adare Manor is a beautiful property that is well kept with a great staff. The Manor is distinct and the rooms are nice. The staff is sort of a mixed bag. Manager Kevin was exceptional and went out of his way to make our stay great. Breakfast staff was spotty with a couple of the team just not good. The hotel needs to do some work on this. Breakfast food was good, not necessarily exceptional but good. The grounds of the hotel are pristine and well cared for. The pool area was outstanding with great sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, etc. just great! The food options were fair. We did better at the pubs in Adare and I recommend you eat there when possible. The Adare village is really nice and worth walking around. The tour of the grounds in a horse drawn carriage was wonderful with great history, etc. Golfing is TOOO expensive. I had played the course several years ago and although remodeled it is not that great of a course and yet they charged 450 Euro for green fees to guests plus everyone is required to have a caddy. My recommendation is that you drive to Ballybunion, Tralee or Lahinch and play a links course that will be less money and a much stronger experience. Since they are hosting the Ryder Cup I guess they have an over inflated estimation of the course. The K-Club course that hosted a previous Ryder Cup charges only 225 Euro to guests and no caddy is required and the K-Club course is beautiful and better in my opinion. The fact that they did not help guests more on the green fee was one of our larger disappointments. The KClub says they were rated the number 1 resort in Europe. I would respectfully disagree with this and don't believe they are even the best resort in Ireland. However, it is a lovely property and worth staying and enjoying the pristine ambience. Of course, we would return.........and go play Ballybunion or Lahinch or Tralee :)

From the moment we arrived, truly amazing team; valets, housekeeping, bars, gardeners, maintenance in the lifts, everyone exceptional. The rooms were well appointed and to die for sheets and bed. Everything you needed-highly recommend this hotel. Lovely turn down service and a delectable cake on arrival, which sadly I did not eat due to arriving too close to dinner. Lovely pool and saunas to use, although slightly irritating children splashing in the pool, but not your fault parents could have shown more respect to the elderly swimmers or perhaps kids time?

It’s a magical place We took our 3 young children, there was so much to do with children, archery, swimming, falconry, and horse and carriage ride. The staff is lovely, food is impeccable, and the manor itself is like I said, magical. We will be back!

Adare Manor is the grandest facility i have every stayed at. It was the last stop of an 11 day golf trip across Ireland with my 2 sons which culminated with a lifetime experience. Great gold and world class accommodations. A dinner at the Carriage House and a 5-star Michelin dinner in the Manor topped off our dining experience. Priceless!

Comfort from start to finish. Food was amazing, from the Oak Room to Breakfast in the morning. Great care was taken to explain each course and presentation was perfect. On the expensive side but felt worth it. Definitely my favourite hotel in Ireland for a real treat and some luxury. Staff are always attentive and ready to help. Hope to return!

We booked a stay at Adare Manor when we were planning our Ireland vacation through Brendan Vacations. The picture and website cannot quite capture the majesty and beauty of this property! Staff were very friendly and professional and the rooms were absolutely breathtaking. The room and the bathroom had every amenity, except heated floors. Mini Bar Was stocked with soda, alcohol and snacks, all included. We had dinner in the Clubhouse after my husband and son played golf and the food and service were excellent. Breakfast was equally delicious with the option to go through the extensive buffet or to order from the menu. I wish that we had been able to spend a few more days at the resort. My husband and I would love to return to Ireland and just spend a week at Adare Manor. It was that good!

Most beautiful, elegant resort. Every facet of our 3 night stay was perfect, from our gorgeous room with golf course view, to the delicious meals, to the incredibly attentive staff. Perfect in every way - looking forward to returning - highly recommend!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in.. the attention to detail is second to none.. the history of the building, the gorgeous surroundings and exceptional rooms made our stay perfect! The bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud!

Thank you for an incredible stay! From the staff, to the grounds, accommodations, food, spa, and golf- no detail was spared. Highly recommend riding the complimentary bikes around the property, making reservations for the Oak Room Wine and Dinner Pairing and Afternoon Tea at The Gallery. The Rose Quartz facial at the spa was next level! A trip to remember for sure!
