SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Ada

I booked my stay online on their website. Before we arrived they called me wanting to charge me $50 and wanted my card over the phone. When I said no, they said they would cancel my reservation and when I arrived if a room was available then they would let me stay. After arguing for a while they kept the reservation. When we arrived they charged me for having a pet. I told them that when I made the reservation it never said there would be a charge. I was told that's because I didn't book through them. I told them I did and he said no, that was best Western. I replied you are best Western. The room was filthy. Cleanes up spilled water in the floor with a rag and it turned the rag black. We left the tag asking to have the room cleaned 2 days in a row. They just flipped it over and never cleaned. I had to go to the office to get clean towels after 2 nights.

Newer clean motel. Hot water cold ac good parking. Good location and access. Nothing special just a good place to stay. Was quiet when I stayed. Will be back for work next few months expect to continue to stay here. Good value for the price Vvvvvv

We called in late at night while driving and secured a downstairs room with easy access for my visually handicapped wife. The breakfast was adequate with waffle maker, eggs, sausage , biscuits and gravy fruit cereal . The room was big and clean with large fridge and microwave, there was a gazebo outside with a grill to utilize.

No respect for guest privacy. They enter guest rooms without warning right through the "do not disturb" sign. Rooms are infested by bugs. I spent much of my stay with a whisk broom and dust pan collecting these and flushing them down the toilet. zero stars if that were possible.
