Private: property 120 ha (fenced) with trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 24.Oct.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 900 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, sandy beach "Pescia Romana" 60 km, thermal baths "Sorano" 12 km, bathing lake "Bolsena" 17 km. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: San Casciano Dei Bagni 25 km, Pitigliano 23 km, Civita Di Bagnoregio 35 km, Bagno Vignoni 45 km, Pienza 50 km, Castiglion D'orcia 50 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. In Winter the house can be booked only for max 12 peoples because two rooms on the ground floor are not heated. Wir haben mit 10 Personen (6 Erw., 4 Kinder zwischen 4 und 8) 14 wunderschöne Tage im Casale Vitello verbracht. Sehr geräumiges Haus: Riesige Küche, wirklich bequeme Betten u. toller Pool! Gästegeber sehr nett und unkompliziert! Das Haus ist ein bisschen
