In the middle of a highway.. The staff is very friendly..the rooms very clean!! The location stole one star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Modern hotel on the outskirts of Acireale with all things you would expect from an All Accor hotel. Pleasant, helpful staff on arrival got us settled in nicely. Good size room with large bathroom. In fact the bathroom was bigger than our whole room in Singapore!🤣 Room had everything you need for a short stay. WiFi and air con worked well. Good breakfast but watch out for the kitchen staff…..they’ll have your table cleared before you come back from getting another brew! After that, we made sure one of us stayed at the table when the other went for a top up. We only had one small problem with the room which we mentioned to reception staff and that was sorted out before our return later that day, thank you. Be mindful this hotel is out of town and only one restaurant within walking distance (it was shut for 2 weeks when we stayed!) Large shopping complex is right next door, handy for bits and bobs and to stock up the fridge. Enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to book here again.

Io e mio marito abbiamo già soggiornato in questo hotel dieci anni fa e, considerato il fatto che ci eravamo trovati molto bene, in occasione di un nostro ritorno nel catanese, abbiamo deciso di soggiornare nuovamente qui senza nessun dubbio e ben felici di tornare! L'hotel ha una buona posizione per chi vuole raggiungere le mete turistiche più conosciute, qualche minuto per raggiungere il centro di Acireale, in dieci, quindici minuti si è nelle vicine Aci Castello e Aci Trezza, ma è necessario avere a disposizione un mezzo. Il parcheggio è interno alla struttura, ampio e gratuito. Le stanze sono ampie ma avrebbero bisogno di una manutenzione: ad esempio nella stanza dove abbiamo pernottato per una settimana, la luce della lampada sopra il tavolo non era funzionante, così come quella dello specchio in bagno, le piastrelle della doccia necessitano di una pulizia accurata per togliere tutto il calcare creatosi negli anni e poco piacevole alla vista del cliente. Anche le pulizie sono state fatte in maniera superficiale, capelli a terra rimasti lì per giorni, sulle lenzuola e polvere sui mobili. Inoltre avevo letto che le lenzuola sarebbero state cambiate su richiesta, oppure, per un soggiorno più lungo, al quarto giorno. Probabilmente sono state cambiate le federe ma le lenzuola, per le sette notti, sono rimaste le stesse. Mi dispiace far presente queste cose ma abbiamo notato una minore attenzione rispetto al soggiorno precedente. La colazione include dolce e salato, possibilità di scelta tra vari prodotti ma avrebbe bisogno di quel "quid" in più degno di un hotel a 4 stelle, invece rimane un pò "sottotono".
