An hour before check in, I received email due to maintenance issue, I will be staying at a sister property - Pine Court for the first night and moved back to The Garden the next day. I got to Pine Court in check in and nobody had a clue about this arrangement. And when I say nobody, I mean the security guy. I waited for a good 20-30mins without AC for someone to show up and apologized. Finally checked in and requested if I could stay there for my entire stay instead of moving again to which she agreed. Boy, what a mistake. The AC in one of the bedroom didn’t work. Couldn’t sleep the whole night. Came to “fix” it. It worked for about 30mins and stopped working. I sent a message again. Didn’t get a response until the next day. I decided to check out and spend the final night elsewhere.
