The Ritzz Exclusive Guest House

Very friendly family run hotel a short walk from all the amenities of Oxford Street. Good WiFi, clean, nice breakfast and good Aircon😁

This is a small, quaint hotel on a street where restaurants and shopping are. It's easily accessible. You will have to take stairs however.

The Ritzz is excellent. The room and bed is as good as any I have stayed in. And I travel all over the world. The staff is very attentive. I came here as a guest and left as part of the family. I have been back many times and will come again. Rick (USA)

I don't normally do reviews but this guest house deserves one. The stay was my best accommodation i had so for in Ghana. The staff are more than welcoming. The security guard even washed our car because we had been thru a lot of mud. The best part was we didn't even ask for the wash.

My experience with this hotel has been a nigh**are. I very seldom write negative reviews. However, I don’t want other travelers to experience what I experienced. I have two issues with the hotel. First, an issue with an attempt to receive a refund. Second, the street on which the hotel is located. I booked the hotel for one week through *******. I was scheduled to stay January 5-12. I I stayed one night. I did not stay the remainder of the reservation due to a medical issue. I requested a refund. After many conversations with the property manager I was informed they could not provide a refund because ******* would not allow them to give a refund. I spoke with ******* and was informed it (*******) had no problems with my receiving a refund. Notwithstanding that, the property manager still refused to provide a refund. At that point I realized I was getting the run-around. In fairness to the hotel the cancellation policy was that cancellations made after January 4 would be subject to a property fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation. However, most hotels will give a refund if there is a reasonable excuse for the cancellation. I felt my reason for leaving early was reasonable and valid. I was willing to pay for the night I stayed and would have been willing to pay for an additional night. While the hotel policy gave the hotel the right to refuse a refund I felt a hotel of goodwill would have offered a concession to assist with the dilemma I found myself in. However, this hotel decided to keep all of my money. My second issue is the street on which the hotel is located. The street is dirty, smelly, unattractive and dilapidated. I do not recommend this hotel.

Everything was as good as was advertised on their website. Best hotel stayed at in Accra, so far, out of 3 stays.

Room, shower, bed, wifi, all fine, but it was the personal service that was the best. The staff were very responsive and provided items that I hadn't asked for but was pleased to receive, e.g. a snack in the evening.

It’s a cute boutique hotel that has spacious rooms. The staff is lovely and very attentive. The locality of this guest house is fantastic, close to everything you will need to do in Accra, lots of food places within walking distance. The location also comes up on google maps. There are deluxe rooms and 1 standard room, I would suggest you go for the deluxe room as it is more spacious. The rooms on the lower floor can get a little noisy but we did not really mind. The only issue we had want that we booked on *********** which gave us a price for our stay, however when payment is taken it is converted to the local currency with the current exchange rate which worked out to be more. It was a fantastic stay nonetheless!

Small boutique hotel with only four rooms, BUT Nice size rooms nonetheless; hot water in the shower; wifi worked; had several TV channels; comfortable bed; provided some toiletries; great location in Osu walkable to many places; provided a few snacks; great price for value; and best of all the staff and manager were fantastic!!!!
