This is the worse resource I ever been at. Stay away from it. I booked several rooms (Family of 12) for 6 nights. The resort is way outdated, smells like humidity, the AC in one of the rooms didn’t work (they said they were going to fix it. Never did) Service was mediocre, just stay away from it. I am 100% sure they purchase reviews. There is no way they have more than 2 stars.

This place is the pits. One of the noisyest places to stay. Food SUCKS and the beach is pretty far away. They drive you there in a filthy bus. Stay away. There are plenty of better places to stay right on the beaches ⛱️. For about the same money or less.

He visitado el lugar varias veces pero esta vez fue la ultima, es increíble que tu mesa la monten con toallas interdobladas, que son para secarte la manos en los baños, no hubo un solo día que mi desayuno no tuviera algo malo, salchichas en mal estado, frijoles salados, además de muchas moscas en el restaurante, el club de playa tiene muy pocas sillas y si llegas tarde olvídate que te den una silla, antes las bebidas alcohólicas empezaban a las 11:00 am hoy empieza a la 1:00 pm y cuidado y les pidas algo porque se enojan, el hotel se maneja de 4 estrellas pero la verdad no creo alcance las 3 estrellas, lo que se salva es la atención del personal, son muy atentos. Que lastima que haya decaído tanto. El gerente hablo conmigo y fue muy amable y atento, aunque a veces no depende de ellos

Hotel viejo, sucio y solo dos pequeñas albercas y totalmente saturadas de adultos y no hay piscina para niños! El elevador viejo y se atoran las puertas. De ninguna manera puede calific**** como 4 estrellas!!

Muy limpio y la comida excelente la atención del personal muy amable literal cerca de la playa ambiente súper familiar la seguridad muy bien las albercas limpias lo recomiendo ampliamente seguramente volveré

Exelente hotel aunque no está a pie de playa tiene su club privado al que te lleva y regresan al hotel el personal muy amable y atento tiene variedad de comida sus instalaciones son buenas aunque cuando visite el lugar dos piscinas estaban fuera de servicio la grande estaba a todo dar tu las habitaciones bastante amplias exelente lugar

Los meseros y la atención es excelente, la comida muy regular e incluso mala, sé que es un hotel barato pero si carece mucho en ese aspecto. Se nota que fue un hotel para extranjeros por los acabados de madera y amplias villas, la amplitud de verdad es maravillosa. Lo que arruina mucho la estancia son el tipo de personas que asisten al hotel, por las bocinas piden de forma amable que no se metan a la alberca con mezclilla o ropa, pero ya saben la gentuza en playeras o hasta chanclas dentro. El chapoteadero tiene un claro aviso de 10 personas máximo, obviamente conté 32, y comprendo que se metan los papás con hijos pequeños, pero señores bebiendo y comiendo en la alberca para niños, te dan reglas donde especifican sin comidas y bebidas en la alberca. Apartan lugares mientras se van a comer, alberca insuficiente para el número de huéspedes. Áreas sucias y las albercas muy sucias. Repito tiene mucho que ver el tipo de personas que acuden. Y es lamentable porque el personal es muy amable y atento. Me encantó la regla de no bocinas en la alberca, pero ya saben el clásico tipín con su celular a todo volumen. La ubicación es malísima.

Zequi brenda jaky alexis excelente 👌 servicio muy rica la comida todo es perfecto los huaraches y quesadillas son preparados al momento al igual que la demás comida todo es muy fresco la vista es increíble en este lugar
