Our apartment (approx. 60m²) is centrally but absolutely quiet in a well-kept green 2-storey complex (under German-English-Spanish speaking management) with 2 private pools (one of which is only 30 steps away from the apartment, but is currently still closed due to necessary re-inspection after a complete overhaul). Only about 200 meters separate us from the market square, the marina as well as the sea and beach. Winter sun: Our apartment and the large terrace are southwest-facing! You will therefore have sun all day long in winter from about 10:30 a.m. to sunset, with an unobstructed view of the sea, the rocky coast and the neighboring island of La Gomera. There is a spacious living room with living area with sleeping function, an open American natural wood kitchen with dining counter, in front of it a 14m² south-west terrace with 2 sun loungers and a round table with 4 chairs. From there you have direct unobstructed panoramic views of the sea, the breathtaking rocky coast, as well as the island of La Gomera, where the sun sinks into the sea in the evening. You can expect 1 separate bedroom with spacious built-in wardrobe and 2 beds 0.90m x 2.00m, as well as a new high-quality bathroom with bidet, as well as a senior-friendly barrier-free shower area with seating under the shower. The apartment has a modern smart TV with digital internet reception system from around 3,000 international radio and television stations. You can watch practically all encrypted channels and their various programs of all kinds. With our free 600 MB high-speed Internet connection, you can also receive Netflix, Amazon TV, Disney, etc., as long as you have an account there.
