Just back from 6 nights at the Rixos so we had 4 nights at the ala carte Resturants which were exceptional we preferred the Asian and Italian mermaid was nice but we preferred the others. Also the buffet was fabulous for breakfast, lunch, dinner great selection at any time of the day & all the staff are so friendly. Also people’s for lunch at the pool was so good we had lovely food and drinks. Definitely book all Resturant’s when Checking in as they book up so fast. The lobby bar in the evening was always busy but we enjoyed sitting outdoors close to the air con as the area is so nice and excellent service. Rooms are spotlessly clean great amenities with a mini bar that has minerals, water, crisps and chocolate which are all replaced daily. We asked for a room close to a lift and we had a room right beside the lift. Always taxis available to visit the malls when going out and if you’re visiting make sure to go to the grand mosque it’s a must see. The pool areas are fab great views of the sea and a lovely beach the only complaint is there was never enough staff in the pool bar one guy trying to do all orders and you have kids asking for milkshakes it would be nice to have more staff and maybe an adults only pool would really make it. I was also disappointed that none of the exercise classes took place in the pool when we visited as I seen them Online and was looking forward to participating. Check out the pool as the spa it’s so tranquil All staff are so friendly from the doormen, reception staff, pool attendants, gardeners, waiting staff,room attendants. But a big shout out to Brian the door man and the naresh I think I’ve spelt it correctly at pool who were just exceptional.

Myself and my husband stayed at this beautiful hotel for 5 days. Can not fault it at all!. Absolutely stunning place. All the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The restaurants were lovely and well thought out and the food and drink was amazing. The beach is beautiful and the warm sea takes a bit of getting used to .. pool area lovely and the staff serve you quickly are always friendly. Rooms are gorgeous.. I could do go on and on. Jut would like to mention world of wonders for sorting out tickets for the theme parks. We loved this hotel and would highly recommend

From arrival to departure, this hotel has been incredible and the professional and friendliness is second to none. We have previously stayed at the Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Adults only last September and we were so impressed we booked this hotel based on reviews from others who had stayed at both. This resort is not adults only but the hotel is so large it never feels busy. We had a late in check in and did not arrive while 9.30pm but we were checked in quickly and shown to our room. The room was beautiful. We had a delux sea view room. The rooms are beautiful with everything you may need. They had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There was all toothbrush with toothpaste, ear buds and cotton wool pads also, the air con works really well. There is a mini bar with soft drinks and also chocolate bars and crisps which are replenished daily. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Everywhere is well maintained and looks brand new. The restaurants were incredible. We had the option of 4 Al A Carte restaurants for a 10 night stay, however we found this not what we would expect for a premium resort as Rixos Sharm you had unlimited use of all the Al a Cartes. We ate at the Turkish, Asian and Italian. They were all very good, however our favourite was the Italian. The pizzas are the best I have ever tasted. The buffet restaurant Turquoise was very good and we had breakfast most mornings which had everything you could think of. Lunch is also served and this is the same as the evening buffet. Lots of options. My husband is a picky eater and he always found plenty to eat. At lunch there is a sit down restaurant called The People’s restaurant. They offer sandwiches and snacks, Burgers and wraps etc Our favourite place after breakfast was to have coffee in the Lobby bar, They do the best coffee’s. They also have pastries and cakes in the afternoon which were amazing also. This is a very chilled area during the day and on an evening. There is a very well equipped gym, we used this several times and it has the latest equipment. Towels are provided and there is also an amazing Smoothie Bar which is often missed by many. The beach is beautiful. Lots of sun beds are available and also there is a waiter service. We never had an issue getting sun loungers, even at 11.30am. The beach bar offer cool boxes that they fill with soft drinks and fill with ice. This kept the drinks cool for hours. The ocean is so calm. The water is the warmest water we have ever been in. The drinks are all premium label. I’m a gin drinker and they had a great selection with Fever Tree tonic. Please be aware if you have a late flight. Our pick up was not while 8.30pm, we managed to get a check out at 1.30pm but we could only get lunch 12pm to 4pm, and then anything after this time, food and drinks were chargeable. This again is very different to Rixos Sharm as you were still able to eat and drink until your pick up. We were still able to use the facilities and showers. These were availab

Our first time visit to a Rixos hotel and our first time visiting Abu Dhabi. I will say we are definitely returning to , I Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island hotel is a place you must check out when you go to Abu Dhabi for a holiday. The service you will receive is World Class!! The hotel staff will go over and above to make sure your stay stress free. Sunil Kumar Banquet Manager and his team every day made us and our one year old baby Daisy so welcome and went out there way by making Daisy spaghetti with tomato sauce for her lunch every day.. Malin made our days around the pool fun and the evenings entertainment was different ever night, John all so made our time at Rixos a special I would just like to say a big thank you to the whole team at Rixos you made an our stay a great one.. Check in is 3pm so if you arrive early be prepared with change of clothes etc so you can begin your holiday straight away. The hotel is stunning! There are plenty of comfortable beds around the pool and beach. Did not expect the beach to be so beautiful, keep your eyes peeled - we were lucky to spot dolphins. Also enjoyed activities in the pool - acqa spin/boxing/pole. The Al La carte restaurants are very good, make sure you book ahead to ensure you get in them all. There is a small charge for the teppanyaki restaurant but it’s worth it. Try out the signature cocktails in the restaurants. Excellent choice of branded spirits at all the bars & lovely coffees in the lobby bar. It was nice to have something going on in the evening, live music followed by a DJ in Savanna Sol. For those travelling without children there is an adult only area in the restaurant and sunbeds in the garden however a section of the pool would also have been nice. There is a children’s pool area with slides etc but seems a waste as nobody was using it. All the staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. Was our 3rd Rixos and would like to return.

My partner and I joined a family holiday at the Rixos, there were so many positive things to say about this hotel. Where to start, the rooms are amazing, so too the facilities and the service. Most days we would base ourselves by the pool where we were very well looked after by Efalbera. She made my whole family feel so special, she was very proactive, she knew exactly what we wanted everyday, secured us cool boxes with water and regularly skate by to check we had everything we needed. She is a credit to the Rixos team and this level of service without a shadow of a doubt makes Rixos a cut above the rest. Sunsets by the beach from 4pm onwards were incredible (would highly recommend sunset pictures here) while the first part of our trip we thought the beach bar lacked atmosphere/ music, across the last 3 days they had a dj playing music over the sunset which was perfect - a highlight of the day. The restaurants were all amazing but perhaps a bit soulless, most were empty at 8-8.30 so maybe that was late for some people! For a family vacation you couldn’t ask for more but for the adult couples joining a family, the hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere in the evenings - we felt it lacked another bar with some chilled out music. All in all, if you’re looking for a family trip away, this hotel does not disappoint and would highly recommend.

Our recent stay at Rixos was, without a doubt, the best staycation we’ve had in the UAE. The entire experience was made exceptional by the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Dining Experience: • Turquoise Buffet: We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the Turquoise buffet. The food selection was impressive, and the quality was outstanding, particularly the grilled meat, which was simply the best. The desserts were also a highlight, with the macarons and eclairs being our favorites. However, it’s worth noting that these popular desserts tend to run out quickly, and unfortunately, they are not refilled, which was a bit disappointing. • Aja Restaurant - Teppanyaki Night: Our second dinner at the hotel was at Aja Restaurant for Teppanyaki night. The California maki and scallops were delicious, but the rest of the menu items didn’t stand out, making the additional cost somewhat questionable. That said, the staff’s willingness to accommodate our son with chicken teriyaki, even though it wasn’t on the set menu, was greatly appreciated. Kid-Friendly Amenities: The hotel’s Kid’s Club is exceptional. It’s well-organized, and the staff are engaging, friendly, and playful with the children. Our son had an amazing time, especially at the waterpark, which he absolutely loved. Staff and Service: The positive vibe throughout the hotel is undoubtedly due to the fantastic staff. From the receptionists and F&B staff to the housekeeping, lifeguards, and security, everyone was genuinely nice and helpful. Final Thoughts: Rixos offers a top-notch experience that is worth every penny and more. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.
