Our group held a workshop at Hotel Tiana in Abidjan in April 2024. Every aspect was executed perfectly from the meeting room to the guest room to catering to service by the hotel team. We also organized a field visit. Edith was extremely effective with all of the arrangements. She also handled last minute requests with grace. Thank you!

I recently spent one month in Abidjan for work and stayed at Tiama. It was a fantastic stay! Comfortable rooms with different sized pillows so you can find the one that is perfect for you. Always had hot water, working AC and the wifi was constant, thank goodness! The buffet breakfast had everything and then some and the masterful piano player added a peaceful vibe as you started the day. Room service was expensive but prompt and the food good. I used the gym regularly. Yes, it's small but it has the basics: a couple treads, bikes, a rower, free weights and mats. I usually had it to myself. The view from the gym was fab. The staff everywhere from the dining room to housekeeping were fantastic. I initially had a room overlooking the pool but found it a bit loud so I moved to a different room. The neighborhood, Plateau, is essentially a business district so pretty dead in the evenings and weekends but there are a few restaurants in the area and a supermarket a few blocks up the road that has everything you might need.

The check in process is totally bizarre. Scan a qr code, work through an app, take photos... very wierd. No-one was there to help or explain it, and then when all is done you still present your passport and they fumble around and make a key... so what's the whole other process for??? Waste of time. Other than that, the place is OK. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Wifi is sufficient. Gym is small but OK and they even opened it on request early one morning. Food is very average but not going to kill you.

My family and I had an amazing time at Tiama Hotel. The staff is excellent and very welcoming. Would stay here anytime Props to Carnel, Eliane, Darius, Guy and Fanta for their amazing hospitality See you Soon. Best,……………………………………………………..

Carnel, Eliane, Darius, Kevin, Kouassi merci à vous C’était top ! J’ai passé 4 jours, toujours bien reçu je ne regrette pas dutout ! Je conseille Prix du restaurant assez cher mais sinon j’ai adoré l’expérience Merci encore et à bientôt j’espère.

Decent staff. Ok breakfast, but food at the restaurant not good and definately not worth the price. Had two lunches and two dinners., and really think that it was ’t even half decent. Overcooked and questonnable qualiry of meat and fish. Hotel transfer from airport did not work-they did not come. Possibly standard for Abidjan, but I would book elsewhere on my next stay.. The manager Mr Kofi attended to my needs upon request, but this did not really compensate for the poor quality in general. English not spoken.

The place is nice, but we really did not enjoy the night we spent there. The hotel was having a party at the pool the the load music was playing way past 1 am in the morning despite repeat requests to shut it off. This is really unacceptable for a 5 start hotel not to have quiet time policy and if they do have not to follow it. I will not recommend this place

Had a lovely stay at Tiama as always. Hotels is very clean and comfortable, with top quality bed line and pillow. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Madame Koné at the réception., always smiling and willing to please. A very good staff team overall. Hope you get many guests during the CAN.
