Right in the middle of city centre. Rooms are clean and nice.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel ! Stayed several times and always a pleasure . Staff are super friendly and helpful . Great breakfast . So close to all amenities . Rooms are really good size and spotless . Will stay again and def recommend

Overnight stay to go shopping . As always , rooms spotless and staff all so helpful and friendly . Great choice at breakfast , just a pity no evening meals but very close to numerous restaurants .

Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good breakfasts. Minor downsides: a) There is a single sliding door to the bathroom/toilet. However this same door also acts as the door to the wardrobe and drawers for your clothes etc. This means that if you slide the door to the right to close the wardrobe, it opens the door to the bathroom/toilet!! Even if someone is sitting in there. Whoever designed the room layout needs to think it through again! b) As often happens, the toasters in breakfast room cannot cope with the number of people trying to use them. The bread supplied was too thin so it took forever to make the toast. Or you just get hot bread. Try thick sliced bread, Being wider, each side would be closer to the heating element hence toasting better and quicker.

Pleasantly surprised with this gem in the heart of the new city. Restaurant options close by. About a 20-25 min to Old Aberdeen and close to the water on the other side. Great breakfast for all guests. We would highly recommend.

Rooms and location were very good but breakfast organisation was terrible. Staff tried their best but need more staff in a Sunday.
