Best room service , room was very neat and clean

Last minute booking. Room heater was turned off and room temp was 10c took several hours to get temperature up. Crowded with furniture so hard to move around, shower temperature on hot was only warm in the morning. For the price it was disappointing. Staff were friendly though

Was beside an elevator so it was always noisy. I also had sheets left on the desk. Didn’t make the bed but left clean sheets on the side.

Facilities and condition of the hotel in perfect condition.
A few steps from the shopping center, restaurants, etc.
Very comfortable bed.

The room was in really rough shape. Stains in the carpet. Picture frame was broken. Headboard was in really rough shape. Black mould all around the shower.
It was disappointing especially considering the level this hotel claims to be and charges.

Convenient and easy access to freeway. Made easy to get to vets office without going all threw Abbotsford

property is falling apart. wallpaper peeling off the walls. headboards have worn out marks from people heads smashing against them. the place is a poorly put together dump that reeks of indo canadian cologne in every hallway.

Excellent location, clean and friendly staff, would rate the hotel perfect except one of the dressers kept having issues and the drawers would come out by itself. Room 307

But they promptly gave us a new room and a restaurant credit voucher and we’re very kind
