The Abbeyleix Manor Hotel

Great day, lovely hotel with comfortable rooms. Food was delicious at the wedding including breakfast the next morning. Great service too and staff friendly.

We had the most wonderful dinner in the Manor Hotel. Steak was cooked to perfection and the mixed grill was delicious. Huge portions , so bring an appetite. Highly recommend.

Basic hotel. Stayed as we were flying out of Dublin airport early the next day. Location is good but a bit confusing to find local shop close by. Check in staff were only ok. However, the breakfast staff ladies were just amazing and so helpful and friendly. Food wasn’t available after a certain time which was a disaster for us with the kids and there wasn’t a great selection of food deliveries available either.

We arrived here pretty late after our flight into Dublin was delayed by an hour an half. We arrived at about 10:30pm and checked straight in. The drive from Dublin airport was pretty straight forward and I’d highly recommend if using as a stop over on the way to cork. The hotel is beautiful, it was grand and clean and really unique. It was really quiet when we arrived but it was late on a Monday night. Loads of parking and our room was lovely. Clean room, 2 really comfy double beds. There was a kettle with tea bags and coffee, plenty of towels, and iron with ironing board. I’m sure most people would have a great nights sleep, my hubby did but I shared with our 5 year old and he’s like a spider monkey. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Cereal, fruit and yoghurt were out to choose from along with juice and chocolate croissants. There were plenty of cooked options and we both went for breakfasts, mine small and hubby got a full Irish. It was lovely. The quality of the food was really really good. First time eating a white pudding and won’t be the last. Our waitress was lovely and even offered us Nutella for the little ones toast. We will defo come back if we venture down this way again

We had such a lovely experience at Abbeyleix Manor. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was lovely and Polly’s is a real treasure. We were here for a family wedding in the area and everyone had a great time! The hotel has a really warm and welcoming atmosphere.

First time back in 7 years and still the same great vibe. Friendly very helpful staff. We had the breakfast every day which was plentiful and we also had dinner one evening. The dinner was really good! It's also a quick walk into town for anything you need.
