Au Jardin des Deux Ponts

There is nothing you can fault here, fully equipped apartments with the added bonus of the host Florence on site to help whenever necessary. I would recommend staying here within a heartbeat and we are now making sure we return very soon..... Abbeville was not even our chosen destination, but we are definitely returning. This is the second time we have stayed with our two small dogs. We were made wonderfully welcome by Florence who also arranged things so we could park right outside. The gardens are beautiful, the room well equiped and comfy, and the breakfast was excellent. Just perfect - thank you.

Au Jardins des deux Ponts was our destination. Found on TripAdvisor following reviews. It's important to say again that our home here was our destination. To start our messaging Florence was more than helpful and welcoming. When we arrived Florence was friendly and informative. Our accommodation was beautiful but I have to add that the garden is superb. We were planning to travel but it turned out that we had reached our destination with Florence. We plan to return in December if Florence will have us.

A great stay! The garden is magnificent and our blue upstairs room had amazing decor. Everything we needed was there. But the best feature was our delightful host Florence - friendly, interesting and communicative. The location is really good too: just off a main road but in its own little world.

We returned to Abbeville and the Au Jardin des deux Ponts as we have done most years since 2011. We had a very enjoyable week’s holiday using “Le Gîte des Deux Ponts” this was on the first floor, reached by a short flight of steps outside the building and a staircase inside. The dining / kitchen is well equipped with cupboards (with ample supplies of crockery and cutlery), there are dishwasher, cooker and fridge freezer and TV. The very attractive bedroom has a magnificent view over the beautiful and very large garden. There is a modern shower in the spacious shower room Parking is outside off-road or in the car park of the Carrefour Super-Market across the road. As well as having the Carrefour Supermarket there is a Boulangerie just around the corner and local shops, and an Intermarché Supermarket a short drive away. There is a range of restaurants and buildings of historical interest in the town of Abbeville. The coastal towns of Mer-les-Bains (with an Auchan Supermarket) & St Valery-sur-Somme are also within easy reach. Above all in “Le Jardin des Deux Ponts” you can be assured of a very warm welcome from M. & Mme Farjallah. The family goes beyond expectations in caring for their visitors. We look forward to revisiting the Farjallah family and Le Jardin des Deux Ponts in September, and enjoying both that accommodation and the area of the Somme and particularly the wines and food in the restaurants.

Accueil très chaleureux de Florence et Joseph, très disponibles et plein de bons conseils. petit studio parfait, propre et bien organisé, très bonne literie et douche très agréable. Petit déjeuner en sus mais de très bonne qualité que l'on peut déguster dans le jardin. Même le chat est accueillant!
