Superb location, just cross the street to JR station. Staffs are great, help me fix my problem. Room was clean. They served free breakfast.

We are frequently stay this hotel no matter which part of Japan as it’s always opposite of the train station 🚉 Very convenient for us go anywhere when need to use the train service 😊 We will always book the spacious room although need top up bit $. This is a new, clean, comfortable bed & cosy hotel for us. Free parking 🅿️ is 👍🏻 By driving nearby many restaurants & shop too. Will stay again when we back to Abashiri 🤠 We are happy & satisfied for our 3days staying here. Lobby got vending machine, free welcome drink & soup. Also washing & drying machine by coin

Excellent location just opposite of JR Abashiri and a Sukiya. Express check in and out. Good buffet breakfast. Free coffee and tea at common area whole day. Clean room and provide all facilities needed. Will choose this hotel again if visiting Abashiri again in the future.

The location of the hotel is just superb, right opposite Abashiri Station. Then the service and the food are satisfactory, highly recommended to stay her

A fairly basic hotel. Good location if travelling by train (it's opposite the railway station) but a bit far from restaurants. Small rooms - not much space for bags. Has the noisest toilet (when flushed) - goes on for ages! Terrible breakfast.

The hotel was right across the street from the main station. Super convenient.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Coffee abit too light for my preference. The room I’m staying is a premium room so it had air purifier and hair dryer and curler. There is ample carpark and also a carpark lift behind. Parking is free for guest. Train station is just across the road so it’s very convenient. There is a steak place just beside the restaurant and the convenient stall is around 500m walk away. 5 mins drive to Overall was happy staying in this place. Aurora drift ice is around 5 mins drive away.

Very good service, opposite Abashiri Station. It had free breakfast, and there are two restaurants near the hotel. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately we booked a smoking room by mistake, which ruined our night. However the hotel itself was super clean. Breakfast in the morning was a nice addition. Plenty of amenities to help yourself to when you first come in which was great. Literally opposite the JR station !

Everything was excellent.

Great location. Free breakfast and parking were offered. The front desk staff were friendly and always ready to help. The only downside was only one lift available, need to wait if it's busy.
