I usually don't write reviews, but I want to protect people from what happened to us. Our room was old and the bathroom unkempt. In addition, it was very noisy and we could hear our neighbours as well as all the noises from the street. After sleeping maybe 4-5 hours the first night, we were looking forward to breakfast. Next disappointment, the staff seemed stressed and the food was not good/fresh. We even saw people not being able to get a seat. We had enough, after not even 12h in the hotel we asked if a checkout was possible. I had never done that before. The staff at the reception was friendly, but they did not ask why we left the hotel so early. I honestly believe that they are used to customers being unhappy and accept this. So we paid around 385 euros for the one night and the checkout and left the hotel.

Pulito e accogliente. La stanza un po' piccolina, ma sufficiente per i due giorni che abbiamo trascorso. Gli accappatoi li danno a noleggio. Personale gentile e simpatico. La colazione è buona. Piscine e sauna ben funzionanti.

I miei genitori di 86 e 97 anni sono ospiti in questo hotel di Abano Noi figlie siamo venute a trovarli a pranzo e siamo rimaste molto contente di vedere questo albergo molto curato , con arredi moderni e tutto molto ordinato e pulito . La sala da pranzo molto bella e molto ben arredata . Le scelte del menu molto varie, ricche ma soprattutto di qualità e molto abbondanti La cosa che più ci ha fatto piacere è aver visto come coccolavano i nostri genitori anziani con affetto e gentilezza e questo ci fa stare molto tranquille che qui stanno passando una bellissima vacanza . La signora Barbara che si occupa della sala da pranzo è molto gentile educata e affettuosa così come Giancarlo che anche lui si occupa della sala da pranzo e di servire gli ospiti , gentilissimo ed affettuoso . I miei genitori da anni andavano in un altro albergo , ma ora che hanno provato l’ospitalità e la qualità di questo hotel Milano verranno sempre qui ! E noi come figlie siamo molto contente! Grazie a tutto lo staff per essere così gentili ed educati , al giorno d’oggi non è affatto scontato ! Margherita e Cecilia Marini di Bologna

Ottima struttura , anche se di non recente costruzione , situata in pieno centro di Abano , nella zona pedonale. Camere grandi e bagno spazioso , personale cordiale e disponibile. Servizi termali ottimi e ben curati , con ampia scelta di trattamento. Cucina ottima e abbondante , colazione varia e ben fornita. Parcheggio ampio e raggiungibile dal retro dell'hotel tramite apposite segnalazioni.

Siamo stati per Natale in questo hotel con la mia famiglia è un hotel 3 stelle ma è meglio di molti 4 e 5 stelle in cui sono stato camere accoglienti lo staff compreso la reception stupendo per finire al ristorante cucina davvero ottima e anche il metre con i camerieri perfetti in tutto ci ritorneremo di sicuro lo consiglio vivamente

Buongiorno amici di TripAdvisor che dire hotel meraviglioso anzi stupendo... personale cordiale e disponibile in tutto... piscine ampie....camere pulite.... mangiare perfetto buonissimo... niente ma veramente niente da dire.....io posso dire che ne ho girati di hotel ma un hotel che il giorno di natale ti fa anche un piccolo regalo fino ad oggi non l'avevo trovato... detto questo non aggiungo altro...provate e vedrete che resterete contenti su tutto.....

Ho soggiornato tre giorni per natale 2023 Esperienza positiva ristorante buono e personale cortese soprattutto Luca e Antonio Cibo molto buono .Sia colazione pranzo e cena Camere abbastanza pulite e la posizione centralissima Piscina nella media . rapporto qualità prezzo buono Consigliato soprattutto per le famiglie

Hotel con ambienti puliti e accoglienti , gentilezza e ottima cucina , qualche ritocco alle stanze andrebbe fatto , comunque l’hotel è centralissimo , ottimo rapporto prezzo , qualità . Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante e la scelta è stata soddisfacente.

Hotel visto esternamente sicuramente non recente ma già entrando nella hall si vede la ristrutturazione fatta con gusto ed eleganza, anche nella sala ristorante e sala colazione. La suite con idromassaggio in camera nuova e molto bella. Tutti gli ambienti pulitissimi, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, un particolare ringraziamento ai camerieri in sala che avevano un sorriso e una parola gentile per tutti. La cucina poi che dire deliziosa!!! Le piscine termali fantastiche, con varie postazioni di idromassaggio e cascata cervicale. Il sabato sera sono aperte fino alle 23!!!! Abbiamo provato il massaggii, ottimo con personale competente..L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta molto è la spa. Hotel sicuramente consigliato, ci ritorneremo....
