Sạch sẽ và sữa tắm cũng được cung cấp như các tiện nghi để pha trà và cà phê. Chỉ có điều cần cải thiện là rèm tắm có thể gắn vào bạn khi sử dụng. Căn phòng rất sạch sẽ. Nhân viên thân thiện, tôi đến sớm hỏi có thể nhận phòng sớm không và họ vui vẻ giúp đỡ. Tôi sẽ rất vui khi ở lại đây một lần nữa và có thể giới thiệu khách sạn này cho vài ngày ghé thăm Đức."

"Reading bad reviews about the place set our expectations low but we were pleasantly surprised. We would be arriving after closing hours but just a phone call to the reception and the late check in was solved. The room was good, we had our own refrigerator and when we required a freezer there were two small ones in the common kitchen. The kitchen was not as bad as expected from reading the reviews. No unpleasant smell from the refrigerators. The room was as mentioned to our satisfaction. Sturdy beds and an ok bathroom. The only complaint was that the cleaning could be better which I gave as feedback to the girl in the reception upon checkout. "

"The worst experience ever - first they changed rooms I booked and paid (!) for a different types - we got 4 beds for 5 booked and paid people, shared apartment instead of a family one, bathroom is dirty, there is a mould in the kitchen, no free parking as said so one must pay for a public garage, only 2 chairs for 5 people - nowhere to sit although there was promissed sitting. Whole building is bending with cracks and lookes like it will fall soon - one does not feel safe here. And on top of it - host does not communicate because "it is Sunday and we are having a weekend off". Definitely never ever"
