There are three beds in total: a 1.5-meter double bed in the living room and two 0.9-meter single beds in the bedroom. The apartment faces a one-way street and an inner courtyard, with double-glazed windows providing excellent soundproofing, making it very quiet. The blackout curtains and roller blinds block out light, ensuring better sleep quality. All three mattresses are of high quality. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, range hood, kettle, and coffee machine. Outside the kitchen is a dining and resting area, very spacious, with a 2-meter genuine leather sofa, a 1.6-meter long table, and two leather chairs. The apartment is a traditional French building, constructed in 1900, made of brick and stone, offering excellent insulation and soundproofing, keeping it warm in winter and cool in summer. Each room is equipped with heating and ceiling fans. The bathroom consists of a toilet, washbasin, and shower room. It also includes a weighing scale and a hairdryer. Shampoo and shower gel are provided. Outside the bathroom is a vanity area with a full-length mirror and a set of cabinets. The outside terrace has a set of outdoor table and chairs, facing the inner courtyard with plants and flowers, allowing you to relax and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere. The apartment is very bright, with good natural light. Bedding, bath towels, and bath mats are cleaned and changed after each stay, and the cleaning is handled by professional cleaning staff. Transportation is convenient, with the Metro Line 7 Censier station just a 5-minute walk away. There are also many bus routes, and the RER B airport line is a 15-minute walk. The train station's circular bus line 91 is a 6-minute walk. The area is surrounded by universities, and it is a neighborhood primarily inhabited by locals, making it very safe.
